Founder and Owner

A native of Tennessee, Billy Hopkins graduated with a Business Degree from Lambuth University and holds series 7, 24, 4, 66 & 53 and 66 professional licenses. Billy started Silver Oak Securities, Inc. in 1999, and has served as its President and CEO since inception. He’s passionate about the financial services industry and about the power of independent professionals to truly change their clients’ lives.
